- Complete REST night before felt...weird, but good!
- Practice everything ahead of time, even sleep
- front-loading carbs

- Focus on breathing and sighting, that's it
- T1 was slow, but structured
- VERY efficient fueling on the bike
- Tiny mechanical issue on the bike, but taken care of quickly
- How on earth did Ken ride 80+ miles without rear brakes???!!!

- FIRST issue on the run came at mile 25
- Finish time...SUB-12 HOURS!!
