Totally agree with every athlete needs resistance training, at least from an injury prevention standpoint. Resistance training drops likelihood of injury by 68% by far the best available option for preventing injuries. Also, I agree that endurance athletes need heavy lifting. High intensity(weight) , low reps. They get enough volume during their endurance events.

I can relate with when your heart racing especially being in the fire service and especially when i hunt my heart races. I really enjoy listening to guys keep up the good work and can't wait for the next podcast
